Join the Pasadena Executive Roundtable for a conversation about race in the nonprofit sector on Wed. Mar. 18, 8:30 – 10 am. John Williams, of the Fellowship Center for Racial Reconciliation, will lead a conversation to dissect race in the nonprofit sector. Who makes the decisions in nonprofits? What decisions are made? Where does funding come from? Who gets funding? Much of the time, the answers to these questions are greatly influenced by race. This talk will look at how race negatively and positively impacts the nonprofit sector.

This meeting is open to Exec Dir and CEOs, and anyone who is interested in increasing diversity, equity and inclusion in the nonprofit sector, which could include other staff, board members and volunteers.
