Stanford Law School seeks your experiences with donor-advised funds

Because of CalNonprofits’ work on transparency in donor-advised funds (DAFs), Stanford Law School reached out to us about a research seminar they’re doing on DAFs. It will include an analysis of the legal landscape for DAFs as well as input from the variety of communities involved with them. The goals of the research include informing and improving the practices of donors, wealth advisors, donor-advised fund sponsors, and nonprofits that receive funds from donor-advised funds.

As part of this research, they have developed an in-depth survey for nonprofits, and CalNonprofits is glad to help it reach the larger nonprofit community.

Your responses to the survey will be aggregated, with individual responses remaining anonymous. Thank you for taking the time to support this research effort. Click here to complete the survey. Deadline: February 10, 2020.The survey is written and hosted by Stanford Law School as part of their research project. If you have questions about the survey or research, please contact Paul Brest.
