Executive Directors Leadership Institute (EDLI)

EDLI is a 12-month program that helps seasoned executive directors of three or more years leverage and improve their existing talents, skills, and accomplishments so they and their organizations can continue to thrive in the midst of fast-paced change.  Through EDLI, experienced executive directors become even better equipped to guide their organizations toward success and sustainability.  EDLI includes:

• 7 day-long training sessions on advanced issues in nonprofit management
• One-on-one executive coaching throughout the year
• Completion of a personalized strategic project addressing a major challenge
• A dynamic peer network of nonprofit leaders
