Preventing Sexual Harassment in Nonprofits

Nonprofits not only want to prevent harassment lawsuits, we more importantly want to cultivate work environments that are respectful and thoughtful. How has this changed in the MeToo era? How can we make sure that not only staff but volunteers and clients are also trained in appropriate workplace conduct? Cynthia Flynn, employment attorney at Hackler Flynn led this important discussion on how to keep our organizations, staff, volunteers and clients safe from harassment.
