June is last meeting of the “PERT meeting season” and end with a self-care program to inspire you over the summer.

We know most Exec Directors will say they are too busy, too important, or too tired to make time to address stress and burn out. After all, we made it through COVID so we should all be happy and relaxed again.

But it doesn’t work that way! Burn out impacts your service delivery, your staff morale, fundraising–just about everything you do because if you have several employees (maybe even YOU!) who just aren’t performing up to their best, everyone loses, especially your clients/volunteers. Maybe COVID changed us. Maybe other things are impacting us. But being burnt out is not OK.

So we challenge you.

Driving Directions: Go all the way up Sunnyside through the main gate of the Retreat Center. Keep going up the driveway toward the Retreat House; the driveway curves around in front of the center. At the stop sign, you can either go down the hill into the lower parking lot or left into the upper parking lot.
