Making Democracy Work: Voting is Your Voice

Martha Zavala, President of the League of Women’s Voters, Pasadena Area (https://my.lwv.org/california/pasadena), facilitated discussion about how local nonprofits can empower and engage voters.

Ms. Zavala joined the League in 2015 after years of “voting with the League”. In 2016, Ms. Zavala was elected Director of Voter Services responsible for voter registration, voter education and voter engagement. She was elected president of the League of Women Voters – Pasadena Area in June 2020.

3. mailing your ballot (https://lavote.net/…/vote-by-mail/how-to-vote-by-mail), all of which are safe and reliable.
